I am dedicated to preparing players and their families for all levels of their athletic journey, helping them advance and achieve their goals. At the core of my coaching philosophy is the emphasis on skill development and performance enhancement. With my extensive experience, I am confident in my ability to provide the drills, tools, and instruction necessary for players to reach and even exceed their highest potential.

What sets my instruction apart is my attention to detail, focus on game mindset, and emphasis on the mental aspects of the sport and respect for the game. These elements are crucial for success at the next level. While any player can possess size, speed, and talent, not every player can develop the IQ, leadership skills, and discipline required to excel at the highest levels.

Whether your player aims to make the high school varsity team or dreams of going pro, we will work on both performance and holistic athlete development to equip him with the tools he needs to succeed. The game has given me so much, from lifelong friendships to professional opportunities to compete at the highest level. I consider it an honor to give back to the game that has given so much to me by creating CC3 Baseball, a baseball organization made to pass on my expertise and love for the game to the next generation of athletes.
