Conyal Cody III is a proud native of Pacific Grove, CA, where his journey in baseball began. Graduating from Pacific Grove High School in 2013, Cody was a standout athlete, earning accolades throughout his high school career. He played four years of varsity baseball, achieved back-to-back CCS championships in his junior and senior years (2012, 2013), and was part of an undefeated season in 2013 (31-0).

Cody’s collegiate baseball journey started at the College of San Mateo (2013-2014), where he was recognized as a 2nd Team All-League player in 2014. He then transferred to Chabot College in 2014 and later to Sterling College in Kansas in 2017 after recovering from Tommy John surgery. At Sterling College, Cody continued to excel, earning titles such as KCAC Pitcher of the Week and NAIA Pitcher of the Week in April 2019.

In addition to his collegiate success, Cody played in the Western Canadian Baseball League with the Fort McMurray Giants during the summer of 2016. He also played independent baseball in 2019 with the Monterey Amberjacks in the Pecos League, further enriching his experience and expertise in the sport.
